A Modern-Rustic Themed Penthouse Apartment

Stepping into this abode, one is enveloped by a harmonious blend of state-of-the-art facilities and the serene aura of antiquity. The homeowners desired a dwelling that exudes the charm of the old world while catering to the requirements of contemporary living.

The apartment's initial design presented a well-structured canvas, requiring only subtle refinements to perfect its utility in accordance with the residents' requirements.

We curated a sense of historical continuity by incorporating bricks that have weathered two centuries, sourced from deconstructed buildings. These bricks were strategically placed to serve as a narrative of the home's connection to the past.

To seamlessly integrate daily life's necessities, we furnished the residence with modern amenities such as walk-in closets, bespoke dressing areas, multimedia units, and custom cabinetry for both kitchen and bathrooms.

The central space emerged as the most exhilarating aspect of our design. It was designed to be a versatile area, akin to the communal spirit of a village square. The introduction of a raised wooden platform transforms it into a stage for an array of activities, from musical sessions and yoga to social gatherings, reminiscent of the uninhibited play found in a rural homestead's courtyard. A playful swing was installed to further animate the space, and the deliberate absence of partitions ensures it remains a welcoming expanse for hosting a convivial assembly of friends and family.
